I felt Alana De La Garza and Judd Hirsch's characters were believable. Ioan Gruffudd's character seemed a little soft, I kept getting visions of Ringer. He is believable as a coroner but not so much as a tough guy. The story is a fresh one, the supporting cast are all good actors. I am just not sold on the idea that his life has been rough, for the last 200 years, and that he is capable of fighting his nemesis.
This is not Game of Thrones!!! It is darker, anti-climatic and occasionally censored. I realize we have a way to go but so far I have been disappointed. This after episode 4.
FINALLY, episode 6 showed glimpses of Game of Thrones, if this continues we will be in for a great ride.
