Love movies and TV shows, especially good comedy and science fiction, but also drama, crime and some fantasy. Also a few documentaries and reality TV.
Tim & Eric are some of the funniest guys on TV. It does take a certain kind of sense of humor to get this though, imagine if David Lynch directed Saturday Night Live, on acid. I know that sounds crazy but somehow it all works beautifully, nice show!
This show is pretty good, the comedy can be in your face or really subtle and witty at times. Eric Andre's skits are well thought out, and Hannibal is one of the funniest co-hosts on any show I've watched.
The guests are great, the sketches in between the studio shots made me laugh. Telling the Tea-Party that they "forgot their masks" was one of the greatest things I've seen on Adult Swim in a while.
Decent drama about one of Egypt's greatest pharaohs with beautiful sets and costumes. The cast is a bit whitewashed and you don't learn much about ancient Egyptian daily life or culture, but as an epos it is intriguing and the actor playing Tut is decent.
This is an amazing animated series! Everything about it is great, from the music, the animation, action, drama, characters to the gritty, eerie mood. The plot of Gargoyles is like a well paved street: no holes. The creators took exceptional care to ensure a growing and continuing plot line that involved all of the characters.
This is surely one of the best and most unique animated series Disney ever made.
It is astounding how bad this show is. I admit to enjoying the early years of Entourage as an escapist male fantasy and I am always willing to give anything on HBO a legit shot based on reputation, but this show is a whole ‘nother level of uninteresting.
Legendary! Kaiju and Tokusatsu classic.
This was a super rad cartoon, and it has arguably one of the greatest opening themes of all times!
Sometimes ignorance is bliss. But more often than not it isn't.
I adored this as a kid, and it's still fun today. Scooby-dooby-doo!
While I like the concept of the show and the social commentary is mostly fitting, if not a tad nihilistic, I find that the charcters are all quite unlikable and the humor is very mean-spirited and mostly consists of saying the f-word a lot. Not for me.
I liked the satire on corporate culture though, if you like stuff like that check out "Silicon Valley", which is hilarious.
