Love movies and TV shows, especially good comedy and science fiction, but also drama, crime and some fantasy. Also a few documentaries and reality TV.
Great, fun, smart Sci-Fi – and what a lead actress! 'Orphan Black' wouldn't even have to be nearly as good as it is - and yet it would still be fun to watch. Some shows have such a great cast, you'd keep watching simply for the joy of seeing an outstanding ensemble act. To get those kinds of actors is a rare privilege for any show, and 'Orphan Black' is very privileged, indeed. Thankfully, it also has an intriguing story to tell, and that combination makes for one of the best and most original shows on recent TV.
Joel Hodgson and Trace Beaulieu join a cast of relative newcomers in a show that's kind of like the skits from Mystery Science Theater 3000, or Nick Frost's Hyperdrive, or Red Dwarf. Needless to say, if you don't like those shows, you won't like this. But if you do, you got yourself a new favorite!
It's Game of Thrones, the greatest television series of all times. What´s left to say? It's frickin' AWESOME! (Until you get to the last season and they ruin everything)

I love this show! I love the geeky humour, the great characters and the sweet, heartfelt moments. The jokes are (almost) always funny AND smart, the character development over the seasons is really nice, which makes it even more fun to rewatch this series again and again. Pure gold!
People thinking this show makes fun of geeks simply don't get it, or lack the ability to laugh about themselves. Yes, the characters are portrayed as mean or pathetic sometimes, but that's real life! In the end they learn their lessons and evolve, that's called character development.
This show manages to maintain a level of comedy that is intelligent and absolutely hilarious throughout the entire series. The Bluth family is so disfunctional and divorced from reality, but at the same time they are likeable and relatable.
This is sitcom gold! Shame it didn't get more seasons...
This should not be watched by anyone, it will destroy your braincells.
A totally absurd, insane, bizarre style of humor that is sadly missing from most of TV today. Completely soaked in Tim Heidecker's and Eric Wareheim's unique humour, this show has no plot and basically parodies everything that people hate, such as infomercials and local commercials. If you like their style of comedy, you will LOVE this show to bits. If not, you'll probably be stuck forever in "WTF" mode.
Insane humour, hilarious characters, crazy (mis)adventures and the funniest robot of all time. This show has it all. Adventure Time meets X-Files.
This fantastic show brings imagination to a whole new level, telling epic and fun stories that appeal to kids and adults alike. Strange creatures, fascinating characters, mind-boggling adventure!
If you are still in touch with you inner child and remember the countless real and imagined adventures you experienced as a kid, this show is for you!
Pretty mediocre I'm afraid. The comedy parts are flat and juvenile, the drama parts are boring and one-dimensional. Sadly it doesn't work.
Here's the thing: I don’t think MacFarlane intended it to be a parody. I think he meant for it to be a loving homage to Star Trek: TNG, albeit with dick jokes. Compared to something like Galaxy Quest or Other Space, it’s pretty much a straight pastiche of TNG with a lot of Family Guy-style humor designed to appeal to aging Gen-X’ers thrown in at random. It’s kind of bewildering to watch, because MacFarlane clearly loves the source material too much to lampoon it, even in an affectionate way.
I'll keep watching to see if it gets better, but my hopes are low.
