I have watched the entire first season and this show is total awesome!
Great characters, totally cool story line. Can't believe I haven't started started watching this earlier!

After reading all the negative reviews of this show I didn't quite knowwhat to expect. But I thought I would be surprised if I made it past the first episode. Boy, was I wrong! This show is awesome and it is a shame it got cancelled! After two episode I was hooked! It is way better than Reign and how many seasons did that get?
I do concede there could have been some improvements. It is based on the story of Romeo and Juliet. And we all know how that ends. It starts with that ending. But it does feel rushed in the beginning. It could have been drawn out a lot more. And not just that part.
Butt the acting was pretty good and the characters were, for the most part, pretty believable. I Lied were the storyline was taking me. The way it was spinning out the ending of Shakespeare's classic story to something completely new.
The costumes were waaaaay better than in Reign.

I am really upset that it ended after only 7 episodes. And that it concluded without a proper ending. It was just getting really interesting, too!

Just finished binge-watching the entire season. I was hooked after only a few episodes. IT IS AWESOME! And I cannot believe that it got cancelled.
There was so much potential to this show! The actors were great and the story line was awesome. What starten out as an okay teenie scifi show turned into something really good. The actors grew into their characters and kept developing. Along with the story. And there was so much potential for more in every way. It's a damn shame that they quit this show!

It's a good show. It was kind of dragging in between, but it really picked up in the last few episodes. I didn't think they would be able to draw out this one case the movie is based on and make more than one season out of it. But they did a pretty good job. There were a few low points but there were some highlights and a lot of twists and turns and, at the end, quite a few surprises.
Let's wait and find out if they are going to renew it and we get to have a second season.

I have only watched two episodes so far, but I am not impressed. The acting is not great, even partially awful. The green screen tech did not really know what he or she was doing. All in all, it is not very good.
I will keep watching because the story itself is good. They could have really made something out of this. But what they did make, well . . . I have seen worse, but I have most definitely seen better.

After watching the first episode I already loved it! Halfway through the first season I was hooked! Phryne Fisher is sassy, classy, witty and totally lovable! A very complex character with a load of layers to her personality.
She sets up her "gang" within the first two episodes of the first season and they develop together.
An absolutely awesome show that is well worth watching. And I am sad to say that that finaly good bye kiss between Phryne and Jack in the last episode of season 3 felt like a good bye kiss for the entire show.
The status for this show has been on hiatus for so long and I was still hoping they would bring it back. But, unfortunately, it has been set to concluded now.
This is a great show and I am lucky to have found it. Too bad it never made it onto "mainstream" TV.

I really like this show. I have never watched the original McGyver so I can't make comparisons. But I guess that also gives me the opportunity to see the show with "untainted" eyes.
I like the characters, I like the story - and I love George Eads.

Too dad it got cancelled so early. It could have been really good. A lot of the story didn't really make sense because of the early cancellation. It jumped too fast. One day Luke is still in High School and getting ready to take his driving test. The next he is already in college. And thing with Thrip being still alive and then the stuff about his Dad. It would have been way better to play this out over the entire season.
This Show had potential and they killed it off befreundet it could really get started. Sad.

Pretty good start for a new show. Like the idea and looking forward to find out where it will take me. Reserving final judgement for later, after I have watched a few more episodes.

After watching the entire season I have to admit I really like the show. It is unexpected and different. And too bad that they were talking about cancelling it. I am surprised to see that it was not cancelled after all and that we will find out more and hopefully get a good ending if the powers that are decide to call it quits for good this time.

This show had me hooked from the very first episode. I stumbled across it by pure chance and figured I'd give it a try. It was sooo worth it! Great characters and an awesome storyline.
