Interesting concept. Started out intriguing but was dragged out far too long for the material they had to work with.

Lazy writing and mediocre acting. Why did this make it past the pilot?

The pilot was terrible. The writers maybe had enough material to write something 20 minutes long. Then they stretched it and pretended it was deep.

It started out a little slow and sappy for me. But after a few episodes I was starting to be addicted to lightness of it. So much on television, including so many shows I watch, is heavy and violent. This was a nice break.
Bonus: Dylan Neal is sexy and somewhat resembles Paul Gross.

Funny show that starts a little creepy - "I'm a pregnant rapist". Fun characters. It shows the burdens of having a baby at the wrong time but without getting depressing. And without exploiting real life teens.

I don't like the zombie genre in general. I liked Zombieland and some of my friends suggested the Walking Dead b/c they believed it to be different than the zombie genre. It wasn't.

It's slow. Definitely meant for fans of period pieces. Not particularly gripping or suspenseful.
