America's Next Top Model (often abbreviated as ANTM) is a reality television show in which a number of women compete for the title of America's Next Top Model and a chance to start their career in the modeling industry.
The show was created and is hosted by talk-show host and model Tyra Banks, who also serves as the head judge and executive producer of the show.
Shows that once were the highlight of my week that have lost their edge and now I either watch out of commitment to completing the story, due to habit or just sheer boredom.

Okay, I'll admit that this stuff isn't a necessity, it isn't clever, and the humour is sub-par at best - BUT as a (late) teenager, this stuff makes for a great form of procrastination.
Basically any show that doesn't require a brain to follow.
