I've always enjoyed escaping the drama, shooting, and so many scary things that happen daily around us, by watching movies. At least, I know that all is supposed to be unreal in movies. Enjoy them for what they are. Fortunately (or not), my job required me to be on computer 24/7 (almost) & therefore, I use my skill of multitasking & always watch something on a side window. Very very picky for comedy. This is a great way to keep track of my shows. My Reviews are mainly based on storylines.
I love the category and I have loved the show. But just as "Bones" being a royal fan, I don't want to quit the show. I have always loved it and love it still... but at the same time the story is really getting out of hand and beyond scope of acceptable fiction in terms of twists and twists... I mean come on already.
I feel trapped watching the show as I have felt the same about "Bones". Don't want to be disloyal to the show, but it is about time to put this show to sleep and yet I do not hear about any cancellation buzzing on the next season... PLEASE HELP! :D
I thought it would be a show that would interest me. I have probably watched a few episode and the rest is recorded on my DVR waiting for me. I am realizing that it is one of those shows, which will be recorded and I will watch when I have nothing else to watch and even then that is questionable if I don't switch to Neflix.
I find the show a bit too cheesy for my taste. I may very well discontinue watching it. Since recently shows come and go with a life span of barely a season. I think I would find better shows to watch to entertain.
One shocking fact I just realized is that we are in the season 11 and that had you asked me before I see that, I would have responded probably in season 6-7. The show has not gotten boring/redundant for me. As much as, I would have thought by now, it should have been the same old 'catch a murderer EVERY episode', the approach is interesting enough to make me look forward to every episode even after 11 seasons. Now to mention that I love each character on the show.
I really was impressed with this discovery... LOL Thought to share
My jury duty is on hold as of the first episode. However, I love scifi.
Curiosity, is what will have me watching the first season. It should be interesting to watch at least one season.
But what is intriguing for me is to see how the show defines the line of wrong and right to pass judgment between the actions of two groups. It is a fine line and there is a justification for each side (as I normally see in all kinds of wrong and rights that fall between TWO or more sides and in the gray area rather than black and white)
I don't think the story had much originality. It was good for one season.
Now that I am done watching the series, I think it was just to end the show. It was a slow start and although at the end it was a bit intriguing to dig into the sociopath’s personality of the killer but regardless, it would have ended up like any other detective/cop series by its next season.
I would think the topic was not something special... Ordinary spy/undercover job as we have seen many time, therefore I could not imagine a future for it. But good enough for one season.
OMG! I could never put my finger on why I love the show this much but now the series is finished, I know what I will miss about the show. I will miss the respect they had for respecting one another, being careful with their boundaries. I’ll miss the relationship between individuals at each and any social level and the discretion they had. I will miss the growth that I could witness in social aspects as well as individuals or the growth of history all together. I will miss so much about the show but I think I will miss granny and her wisdom, humor and friendship with Ms. Crawley the most.
As much as I enjoyed the show for the one season it aired, but I could not see the story going anywhere that other shows alike have not and it would have been boring. I think I can say I am glad it is over. Nevertheless I enjoyed the first season.
The show barely had time to grow. I really were interested to see the twist on the story. It was a bit of "Devil's Advocate" creepy.
