It gets better as the season goes on, but it never reaches the point of truly being good. I think it could have been an awesome 4 part miniseries... speed up the plot, get some more action in there. Could have been awesome. As it is, it has all the pieces of an exciting miniseries that has been stretched and padded with fluff into a somewhat dull 15 episodes.
Starts out way too slowly. The premise is really interesting, but so far they don't really seem to be doing much with it. I love the actors in other things, but... it never grabbed my attention. Giving up after struggling through the first 3 episodes.
So much fun... and so satisfying for the casual geek and the devoted fan. Great special guests and a good combination of pop culture references. Obviously, they don't have time to talk about everything, but they do a decent job.
Really suspenseful and thrilling. Great build-up in the first episode and makes me excited to watch more. The only issue was the one scene with the full blown monster which was so over-the-top gory and ridiculous that it seemed incongruous with the rest of the show and struck me as funny rather than scary as I assume was the goal.
