Chilling, mindless, easy watching. I enjoyed it for what it was.
This is one of the best shows of my lifetime. If you love a show that focuses on people and relationships and the ways in which they develop both individually and together, you will love this show. Be prepared to cry... I mean it, have a full box of tissues.
Shows that provide a similar feeling include Parenthood and A Million Little Things.
I really love this show. It has strong women, (mostly) non-toxic men, strong feminist themes, and portrayals of the LGBTQ+ community that feel authentic and inclusive. My biggest complaint is the lack of consistent racial diversity, especially being set in NYC.
LOVE this show! I feel like it has a similar vibe as Wonderfalls and Pushing Daisies, with the element of sci-fi but also heartwarming and endearing. This is a favorite because the character development is phenomenal!! Alongside the characters, I feel like I grew as a person by watching this show. There were a few strange episodes, especially in the last season, but overall, well worth the binge watch.
This show is such a guilty pleasure. I love watching how all of the relationships in this show ebb and flow.
I don't usually like animated shows, but I enjoyed this one.
I love Samantha, Steve, Aiden, and New York. I like Charlotte and Miranda. I hate Carrie, Big, and both of the movies. This show is ridiculously unrealistic, but I guess I enjoyed it for what it was.
It was good (4 stars) until season 2 episode 9. After that, I definitely lost interest. If the finale had happened 10 episodes earlier, maybe I would still give it 4, but no. Definitely lost its energy.
Like the previous reviewer, I watched this because of Ted Danson. There were a few good jokes, but for the most part, I found it to be boring and, at times, offensive. Very disappointed.
I appreciate this as a sequel to Boy Meets World. It's definitely a kids show, but it is still true in spirit to BMW. The nods to the original tend to be overly cheesy, and the characters are no where near as believable as the original characters, but it was worth watching.
