Wife Swap is a 2003 UK series that came to America on ABC in 2004. On the show, wives from two different families switch lives for two weeks. They live in each other's homes and take over each other's family and home duties for which they must follow the house rules for the first week, but then in the second week are allowed to do things however they like. Usually the women chosen to switch places are purposefully opposites in their ways.
