Professor Jasper Teerlinck, alias Professor T., is a professor of psychological criminology at the University of Antwerp whose help as a consultant is invoked by the criminal investigation department. Annelies Donckers, a former student of his, became an inspector at the federal judicial police after her studies and regularly calls in the help of her former professor.
