Posse: The Young Guns of PBR is a show following eight up and coming professional bull riders as the try to become the next PBR champion. They travel across America on the quest for glory, and eight-second ride, and a million dollars. These men in their 20s, on their own for the first time, struggle to balance their bull riding with their families, finances, relationships, and egos. The cast of characters includes Ryan Dirteater, 20, and Austin Meier, 22, both from Oklahoma, Skeeter Kingsolver, 24, nicknamed “the royal solution”, Brian Canter, 22, who was granted a rodeo scholarship to college, Kasey Hayes, who wears a mask from a serious past injury, Sean Williamson, for whom bull riding is not his first extreme sport, and married couple Shane Proctor and Jessi Mauney-Proctor, the Queen of wives and girlfriends of the PBR. Eight seconds is all it takes to make or break a career, and there’s no room for error in this sport. These bull riders will have to face the challenges and their personal dramas if they want to be champions.
