I am a young adult (unbelievable) - interested in fantasy, sci-fi, mysteries and rom coms... (du'uh) I am always open to new suggestions!!!
Makes me happy - watched this as a kid and it hasn't aged!
Clever, funny and a decent plot. It has suceeded like the first few seasons of Scrubs, or Mash did!
A mix between 2 Broke Girls and Big Bang Theory. Funny and silly, but also quite clever and a little more grown up. In spite of its' rudity, I often feel like a 14 year old when watching 2 Broke Girls, and in spite of its' comedy, Big Bang isn't always as silly...
One of my top 5 series. I just love seeing it. Okay, I've already read all the books so I know where it's going, but actors have changed my whole opinion of characters, as well as minor story changes having bigger effects than first probably anticipated. I understood Catelyn in the books, but hate her in the series, and grew to love Arya, who had previously felt fairly useless...
Such a CLEVER, INTERESTING, AMAZING series. It's really enjoyable to try and work out what's going on and I'm still not sure. However, the best bit is definitely the actor playing Red, who just MAKES the role. So many people could say these lines but he truly makes them feel ALIVE!
Okay but I wish the judges were a little less parental and a little more like real judges! Be MEAN!
Wow... It's a different type of series. People who are comparing it to Game of Thrones are kind of missing the point. Although it's an equally immersive world with plenty of murder and sex, Westworld is a mystery series. We are left with more questions than answers, and a giant maze to confuse us. Who's Arnold? How did he die? How is he still impacting the park? Why aren't the staff all robots? Why are the robots remembering things? Do we need to consider these robots as alive as humans? It's a very interesting and thought provoking series without being too OTT. Just hoping they don't lose themselves as I don't feel they've got an obvious plot ending at the minute - fingers crossed they come up with a clear plan and stick to it.
Really fun. Admittably - VERY predictable. First half was all about Laura and her husband becoming friends again and the squad "gelling". Second half will be as Laura admits she still likes hubby (he's always liked her) but now (on account of his head injury) he can't remember it. :-( Enjoying it but I wish the plot left a little mystery!
I loved this series. I admit it hasn't aged well, but the story was brilliant and the actors were such fun! Wish for a remake!
I like the actors. I kind of like the style of episode... but this series has every likelihood of becoming SO LOST. The plot seems to be 0%. The characters ALL bug me! I'm hoping it gets better, because I think the basic idea of this mythological happiness never coming to this family isn't bad, but then again, isn't that the basis of EVERY TV-SERIES and FILM EVER??? What reason would we have to watch these things unless someone was miserable, and therefore trying to fix things. Lost with little hope!!!!
