Sylar Dean Paginton - WW2 wasn't a trench War - World war 1 was. Dont get me Wrong Trenches may have been used, but we are talking one, through out the war. World One, whilst had basic advanced weapons, such as the first tank, first war planes etc, The weaponry, including guns, tanks, ships, grenades, planes etc, were more advanced that could reach further distances.
(Sorry love War history)
Those mentioning true story. It's not per'see. Whilst the ships crashed there etc, we don't know precisely what happened. There was no written documents, and the only evidence we have, is from the limited dead bodies that have since been dug up, and had bite marks on them etc.
Descendants of the locals at the time, have passed on stories, but how many of these stories have been falsified or misinterpreted since.,
Yes the ships have since been found, but the wrecks only tell a little of the story.
Welcome to my childhood.
Our teacher used to put this on for us in school every week. I have no idea why, but it was the least bit educational, but I loved it. I still remember the catchy theme tune in my head now.
I wish this was remade, but I guess in today's age, it would be considered a 15 or something, simply because it has an invisible ghost.
Wow. Welcome back childhood.
The negatives
1. You will have to wait a whole year for the next season
2. 30 minute episodes were not long enough.
I wont talk about the plot, or the events that happens, but the show is based on two people/families.
Daniel LaRusso (Original Karate Kid) and his arch enemy.
The show is set 30 years later, so you get to see how your fave characters have grown up.
I liked this show, but there should be some improvements. One or two annoying child actors.
Ironic this was cancelled and Midnight texas is getting another season.
This show was always on my planned list, but one I never got around to ever seeing.
From some reviews on here and elsewhere, I read it was supposed to be better than midnight Texas
I seem to be the only person on the Internet so far who liked this show.
Once you have seen the 1998 version though, staring Matt Le Blanc, anything is better.
It's never going to have the originality of the 1960's version, as lets face it, we all know the characters, we all know the catchphrases etc, but I like it.
The one thing I dont get is, why one of the daughters is black? Have no issue with this, but I dont remember one of the daughters being adopted (presume she is adopted and not some kind of future genetically created person).
I dont like the fact Dr Smith is a female though. To me, no one will be any better, than the original Dr Smith (Jonathan Harris), but I dont mean to be sexist, but this particular character, a selfish, back stabbing, antagonistic amongst the few words, I can describe, is more believe able as a male role, or atleast, Jonathan Harris was so good at acting, that I can only imagine this role as a male character.
With that said, I am about to watch episode 3 It is 02:44 am and I have a feeling I am going to be staying up all night.
Oddly enough, Another Smith in Another Show and also a Doctor, is going to be played this year by a woman, when thoughout history it was played by a man. 50 points if you can guess
1. What the show is
2. What his/her Earth name is/was?
My first thought of reading the synopsis, was Travelers, or at least a cheap version of it.
Two episodes in, and I am already bored of it. Whilst I see some similarities with Travelers, there is nothing exciting or interesting going on, that I haven't already seen in travelers.
I think the actor Steve Zahn, who is playing the officer, Jude Ellis, was poorly picked. He is a comedic actor, offering no comedy to the role. I do not believe him as a police officer, and tbh so far, if he wasnt there, the same events etc would still have happened.
I'd love to have seen one of the following to have played the role instead John C McGinley, Steven Ogg or Michael Cudlitz. Cudlitz being my first choice, but the other two, would have put an interesting aspect on the character.
I guess it's a good job I didnt watch this, in the end
There's a rumour, this show is going to be cancelled some time soon

At the time of this review, Only the pilot has been aired.
I thought this was both interesting and disappointing.
In one aspect, it's going to ruin the Sheldon Cooper character for me as some things are often best a mystery.
However, I thought it was great premise for a show. The siblings look so like each other, I had to check Imdb to see if they were related. The mother, sounds very similar to the original mother on TBBT.
One thing that bothered me was, I was convinced the Principal in this show, was the same actor who played the Army Colonel in TBBT. However for those who made the same mistake, The actor who played the Principal is Rex Linn and the army Colonel is Dean Norris.
