I was cautious when the first episodes of Riverdale aired...being old enough to be an alumnus of the Harvey comics' cartoon brands coming up. After the premiere, all I could say, was, "Wow!" Who would have thought you could turn Archie, Jughead, Veronica, and Betty on their heads to create a dark drama series? Throw in Josie and the Pussycats, just for good measure! Makes me wonder if Sabrina the teenage witch or any of the other Saturday morning clique might make an appearance in this more dangerous, less friendly Riverdale High?

camera quality, costuming, and acting, all a disappointment. This silliness is no excuse for desecration of Baum's books.
