I tried really hard to get into this, but after watching the entire 1st season, I just can't get into it. It's too slow moving, some of the acting is too cheesy, and the scenes are obviously computer generated. Poor budget = poor viewing pleasure in my opinion. Sorry, can't keep watching this.
I still don't understand the mind fuck that this show is.
I'm not surprised this only lasted 2 seasons. The acting was really sub-par and when the leading characters are nothing like what was in the original movie (mainly Michael and Gabriel), it's hard to enjoy it. I know Paul Bettany and Kevin Durand weren't ever going to join the cast for this, but at least get the actors playing their role try and do them justice. Perhaps then it wouldn't have been so disappointing.
Disappointed that this only lasted one season. Really enjoyed what I saw.
I'm really surprised this was cancelled after one season. It did take a while to pick up, but the last couple of episodes really opened a whole slew of things a second season could have covered. I want to know what happened to Claire and the kids. I want to know more about the aliens. So disappointed in shows getting cancelled before they really have a chance to take off. :(
Remember when this was actually good? No? Yeah me neither. However, for whatever reason, I'm continually sucked into it each season for one celebrity or another. I disappoint myself.
The premise of this show was really great. Following a kidnap for an entire season; from initial kidnap to resolution. The places this show could have gone if only it hadn't been cancelled. :(
Really wish this had continued to air. Would have loved to see what life was going to be like after the flood.
I really don't understand why this didn't make it past 8 episodes. It was really really good. Goldblum was amazing in it. He should definitely think about doing more TV shows along this line.
I really enjoyed this show. I do have to say though, Karen got extremely annoying there in the last few seasons. She keeps taking Hank back and then trying to play the victim card, oh poor pitiful me when Hank pulls his old shenanigans. Really? It's Hank, it's how he is, either get over it, or quit coming back ffs. Also, Heather Graham pretty much ruined the last season. Why does she have to turn every role she plays into a ditsy blonde, teenage-esque mentality? Could have gotten someone different for the role and it would have been A LOT better.
