A bit of summer air in the middle of the European winter. I'm following this charming show since day one and I will continue doing it... It is the perfect medicine for cold days. All very English detectives lost in the Caribbean are doing a good job and make us dream that we are with them in paradise solving the mysteries... Caribbean charm to survive our cold winter :)
Great performance of Kenneth Branagh, as usual, in a dark drama. A pleasure.
So fantastic show. Story, actors, time and space where all happened... I miss Downton Abbey!
soooo fun! The script is great, acting and direction. I would like to write some of the cool phrases they shoot to repeat them afterwards :). It is just great fun.
It is not bad, quite obvious show. But entertaining when you have nothing else to watch. I heard that the Queen Elizabeth is watching this... so, you can guess it is an old fashion detective show :) that doesn't mean it is bad...

Excellent! The story, the tone, the pace, the acting. I watched the first season before the bad 50 shades of Grey was released... fortunately. So, I didn't have any prejudice. Jamie Dornan is very good in the role, subtle and strong when he needs to be. And Gillian Anderson is for me a happy surprise, since I didn't watch X-Files. I normally watch all I can from the BBC, ITV, Channel 4. Good quality TV.
Lovely, lovely series... it is like a deep breath with a smile in a sunny day... :)
