This 5 guys are really caring. I love the show! it is like a bit of fresh air :)
It's a great show: cast, production and costume design , all impeccable. All characters so well developed. Happy to discover Ginnifer Goodwin, and I love Lucy Liu's timing for comedy. But my favorite is Jack Davenport. He is delightful in this role.
I love Grantchester since day one. James Norton and Robson Green are great actors, and they are even better together. The stories, the other characters, Grantchester itself, the fifties, a pleasure to watch.
I didn't know James Norton was leaving the show when I began to watch season 4... so, my first thought was that it couldn't be the same anymore... but what the Dickens! their writers proved me wrong, and they created a many layers story for the new vicar. And Tom Brittney has big shoes to fill. But he is doing it great. So hopeful I am, that I'm writting this review :) Looking forward to the last episode and the next season.

One of my favorite shows of all time... The acting, the pace, the music involving the scenes and the direction makes this a very unique show...
Promising :) good acting and direction.
I love this show!! I hope it will last forever. Great guests and Graham has all ready: deep investigations in each guest, humor, freedom to do whatever he wants. The guests always want to go back. Laughing from beginning to end. When I discovered the show, I began to watch all old seasons, many episodes are in youtube. Perfect entertainment.
Great period drama together with the BBC (1995, which is in the top for me) Pride and Prejudice. Enjoy!
Original, dynamic, perfect choice for live animation, Bob Odenkirk great as always and also the rest of the cast.
It is a rollercoaster to see in one go. Looking forward for the next season!
First of all, I never read the comic books or watched any movie about them.
I just finished episode 8, two times (don't worry, no spoilers, promised). And I have this happy relaxing feeling after seen something so completed (in Spanish, I could say 'rounded', like when you draw a circle and the beginning meets perfectly the end)
I remembered the times, where superheroes in movies were played by athletic persons with few or none acting skills. And I think it was with Kenneth Branagh -Shakeasperare actor and director- directing Thor when that changed. I was remembering that while I was enjoying the acting in this for me, the best episode until now.
Not so many years ago, an actress like Regina King as the starring of a super hero series was just an utopia. And before doing this, she won an Oscar.
It is an amazing time, when finally great stories can have the best actors for the roles or even they are created for those actors.
So many great actors together in a great story. As I said, I didn't know Watchmen before this.
I was tracking these actors for years, like Jeremy Irons (everything he did, even 'My fair lady' on stage), Tim Blake Nelson (O Brother, Where Art Thou?), Tom Mison (his sweet Mr Bingley in 'Lost in Austen') and nice discoveries like Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, between others...
And the music...
The only problem I see here... next week it is the last episode of the first season... so, enjoy!

I just finished the last episode of the second season (no spoilers, don't worry).
It's a pleasure to watch such a quality TV. Superb performances, script, direction and cinematography. I can wait to see the next project of this team.
