I grew up on watching TV Shows of the 50s,60s& 70s ! I spent more time in the 80's working & Partying to watch as much tv as listening to radio. I also grew up on the Radio stations of NYC in the late 50s&60s , which taught me Music also.I love Sex,Drugs & R&R but don't abuse anyone or anything , Just saying !
A good WW 2 tale of the Allies Canadian team , w Americans too , helping French Underground fight the Nazis . Young cast does a ok job and stories could be better !
I gues this really is ok but I just thought the stories could be better , Not Bean at his best either !
Well its Not Kirk & Sal with Ustinov in a really Epic story , but if you like your Tales of the Past to have a tad more realism and delve into years of the Spartacus Days in Roman History , not for feint people at all , but well done , you should enjoy this Sexy version !
Definitely , a bit weird in this Black Comedy , but some really good performances by all !
Here goes those dead folks coming back to Life again , but they ain't Zombies ! Some people are afraid , some are happy ! So Far So Good ! But we need more episodes to be sure !
Update for this latest season Oct.2015 ......It may be one of the best talent seasons yet , as seen in the Battle between Adam's two amazing team members do a Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell duet ,almost as good as the original , which The Wizard saw Live @ The Murray the K Show in 60s @ Brooklyn Fox in NYC. Once again Gwen and Pharell join Adam and Blake and some funny pranks and non-sense goes on , and off stage !
The Wizard Likes the fact that the Judges first round is Blind , so all that matters is the Voices they hear. The 4 Judges every season seem to be having a good time , that transfers to the audience too ! Blake and Adam are especially funny , conspiring in Fun against each other with other judges !
Very soapy tale w/o most of the heavy duty problems truly soft peddled.
Good performances by the 2 lead actors and supporting players, just a watered down story !
Just a waste of time !
Very Modern comedy about a very nasty and sweet young girl but more to the Biatch side of the Street from the Nastier Gal !
This is probably a fictional account of MOTOWN with a Dash ofthose Philly Sweet Soul Music and a melting of Funk-a-Delic thrown in to the Rap !
At first I was of the so-so feelings on this show , but I do enjoy the Music which raises the level of how much better it makes this work , Glee for Lover's of Rap , Hip - Hop and R&B and its a SMASH so far . It's a little more ficticious because it addresses Violence , like it's just all the same and hardly even touches POT and other drugs , among the Music world except one Deborah Harry older singer , whose been thru Hell til helped back by The Queen of Empire , but she gets drugs slipped into her drink which fracks up her comeback.
