“Bong” hails from “Broad City” co-star and co-creator Ilana Glazer and “Broad City” scribes Paul W. Downs and Lucia Aniello. It’s a three-episode romp involving two cousins, played by Glazer and Downs, who travel through time stoned after discovering a time-traveling bong.
