Gill and Sharma toiled away in other peoples’ kitchens until they found a place they could finally call their own. The problem is, the existing Italian restaurant’s design has nothing to do with their vision of an Indian eatery, but they have no idea how to transform it. Add to that the fact that the two men have already maxed out their credit and borrowed from family to make their dream a reality, now they’ve got themselves in a serious pickle. Can Chef Brad Long and Designer Jonathan Furlong incorporate India into the décor at Earth India, and give them a menu that will help them stand out from the rest?
