A smarmy ex-hockey player is sentenced to community service after his bust for tax evasion, and frustrates coworkers with his rule-bending ways. Originally titled `The Norm Show' for the first of its three seasons, the sitcom tried to make the most of the acerbic manner of star Norm Macdonald.
