Can still find great work on television although it's becoming a bit more difficul. Hope the creative world won't follow the descent we face as a country - given recent events.

A comedic gem, this series manages to be funny, sad, poignant, absurd, and hilarious, all at the same time. The secret to the show's success is mostly the sheer genius of Ron Livingston's performance aided and abetted by truly talented supporting players. I will admit to some bias here; I have loved Livingston since Office Space - He doesn't do a ton of work as is the case with the savvy character actors - they pick and choose and 9 times out of 10 their choices are spot on. Wishing for many seasons to come.

The show has it's moments but they are too few and far between. Wonder what might be in store if they give it a second season.

This spy thriller is well done, featuring an excellent cast, including Mark Strong and Joe Dempsey (Gendry from Game of Thrones). My biggest pet peeve is that it is an international thriller and when characters are in France or the Middle East they speak the language of those countries. Closed captioning does not usually translate what is being said so the plot can become a bit confusing. Thus far I've been able to follow along - Here's hoping in Season Two the action is centered in English speaking countries.

As someone once said, "....life is easy but Comedy is hard...", or words to that effect. When you find a comedic gem you must treasure it and this show is quite the gem! Long may it live on and on and on..........

For intelligent viewers, this was an intriguing, if sometimes flawed series. As is so often the case, it was cancelled without the chance (no pun intended) to find it's audience.

It's not easy to adapt Stephen King for film or television. I might be in the minority but I didn't like the film version of The Shining; on the other hand they did a pretty good job with the recent version of It. That said the adaptation to the small screen of Mr. Mercedes is excellent! This book is part of a trilogy - if you were a fan of the series check out the other two books while we are waiting for Season 2.

Every so often I hear a show mentioned positively, i.e. It has a huge fan following. I was recently able to obtain all 7 seasons of the series and have just finished Ep 3 of season 2. As of this writing the show has been perfectly delightful. Here's hoping the quality continues.

A worthy successor to TGW. Please don't ever get rid of Christine Baranski!

I have enjoyed this adaptation of the thriller by Caleb Carr. I plan to read the second book in the series.
