Top Chef

The layout of most cooking shows look exactly like Top Chef, and that is no coincidence. This long running cooking competition set the bar for competitive cooking shows. Every episode is a delicious course.

Kroll Show

Nick Kroll leads this funny sketch comedy show. It may not the best sketch show on television, but it does have it's moments. Worth watching for anyone looking for a laugh.

King of the Hill

One of the most understated comedy cartoons, King of the Hill is hilarious. It delivers consistent laughs with a long list of hysterical characters and the delivery of subtly smart jokes.

House of Lies

Fast paced with plenty of clever banter, House of Lies is based in very strong performances by Don Cheadle and Kristen Bell. Funny and smart, it tells the story of a morally dubious consultant as he does his day to day business. More often than not, the letting the audience in on the scam. Watching House of Lies draws you into the exciting world of big business.

We Bare Bears

It’s the cutest and one of the best modern cartoons. Always adorable, entertaining, and thought provoking.

A teenage soap opera to be sure but not a bad one!

Big Mouth

It’s a gross animated show about puberty that may or may not be funny. If animated genitalia and crass humor sounds funny to you check it out. Otherwise I’d skip it.

Gypsy

Gypsy is a dark delight, though it does suffer from being convoluted. If Naomi Watt's slow burn as boundary bursting therapist Jean doesn't interest you, fine. But the slow descent into moral gray areas is truly fascinating to watch.

The animation style is appealing, the jokes are funny, and the story is concise. Otakus that like their shows coemdic and casual should check this show out!

Gary Unmarried

His name is Gary and he is not married, in case the title didn't make that clear. This was a comedy about a stereotypically single guy. If that overused trope doesn't make you hate this show already, give it a shot. Might be worth a laugh or two.
