I've visited Sidereel for years and love the community here! I watch all kinds of television as long as it's entertaining or smart. I love talking television so feel free to comment on my lists or reviews. Thanks for reading and happy viewing! :)
This Total Drama series with movie genre themed challenges is really strong. The show finds new areas of humor with old favorites sticking around longer and a "theme of the week" vibe viewers will enjoy!
Total Drama World Tour added world travel and musical numbers to the series reality spoof premise. The destinations and musical numbers add to the fun of this always enjoyable franchise! If you finished Total Drama Island and found yourself wanting more, check out this show!
The first Total Drama series to use a completely new cast, fans of the series may be disappointed in this incarnation of the series. Relying heavily on the Island's mutation for plotlines stunts the growth and humor regularly found in the series.
Chopped is a tasty dish for anyone who likes how it's packaged. Three rounds, four chefs, and every meal comes with a basket of must use ingredients. It's always entertaining, and great for anyone who likes cooking shows.
Total Drama Island is totally a hit! This animated reality tv spoof has lasted for seasons because of it's quality humor and satire. If you like goofy humor, need a good tv show for tweens, or are just generally a fan of funny animated series you will adore Total Drama Island!
What started off as an okay comedy quickly devolved as 'Til Death became a joke of itself. When some large roles get re-casted and the show jumps a shark a bit, any viewer half paying attention will see how later episodes decline in quality. You're better off finding something a bit fresher to watch.
While Good Eats does do it's job entertaining and educating the viewer, occasionally it does get tedious or boring. If you find the episode topic interests you watch it, but otherwise I would suggest a food show with a little bit more spice
Pretty Little Liars is popular for a reason. This soapy teen drama has beauty, intrigue, and enough mystery to keep you addicted for seasons. After you watch the first episode don't be surprised if you find yourself binge watching the whole series. Right now is the perfect time to join the PLL Army!
Californication is the story of how one narcissist causes a whole universe of problems in California. David Duchovny's Hank Moody has an overactive libido and drinking problem. Causing problems left and right, this show creates a lot humor while still focusing on Hank's relationship with his family. It's funny, dramatic, inappropriate, and only slightly repetitive so if you haven't seen this show, I highly reccomend it.
Oz is smart dark television. A foundation of HBO's long history of quality programming, Oz compellingly tells the story of a prison. Starring Christopher Meloni, give this show a view and you'll recognize aspects of many dramas airing on premium channels today.
