I was so excited to see one of my favorite book series put into TV show form. This is such a disappointment. The acting is absolutely terrible. The characters aren't true to their book descriptors (which is common) and which I could get over visually but their personalities don't match.
While this was a sweet and heartwarming show most of the time, I really couldn't connect with the Stella, the main character, because of her choices. Her husband blew it but the show didn't explain her feelings at all and switched her focus completely. She didn't get a chance to explain herself either.

I absolutely love this show. It has the perfect mix of politics with romance and scandals galore! I want to be a gladiator for Olivia Pope and just jump in the screen and be there.
If you're looking for a real drama with minor police, pop culture, serial killers, CIA/FBI/White House, political scheming and all of what comes with the combinations this is definitely the show for you.
Season 5 has been less appealing than the first 4, but I have hope for the next season.
I only watched this show recently (2016) even though I grew up when it was airing on TV. I had to go through a few episodes before really enjoying it but by the ending I was so attached to the characters I was cheering and crying along with every heartbreak, success and story.
This is a fairly funny show for easy watching. It has a lighthearted attitude making fun of all sorts of stereotypes attending a community college. I got attached to the characters pretty quickly.
A creepy, slow-paced thriller. The first season is excellent but the second season does slow down a bit.
Such a great show. The dystopian future-present-past warp of time and energy left me breathless. I absolutely love the characters and the actors/actresses do them total justice. The show does end, which is a super disappointment not because of the ending but just the fact that it ends. I wish the show could continue for life (or at least another season!).
A great sci-fi show that follows the typical sci-fi themes and stories, but adds some fun and exciting new ideas or twists them in some unexpected way. Its like a modern day Firefly! (also a show you should watch)
If you like this you should definitely watch Dark Matter too.

HIMYM was thought to be the never-ending-story that you could talk to anyone about (irl) because everyone watched it. You could mention one scene from like 5 seasons ago and people will know what you're talking about and laugh along with the inside joke. It's a very long-running and very pulled out show. You may get frustrated that you never freaking find out, but don't worry you do (and you see her throughout the entire show, not just the great reveal).
Oh my goodness.... its the unraveling story only given to you in pieces that leaves me guessing and trying to solve the murders as they come. You can't really pick a side or know what is going to happen and its amazing. Second season is starting off with a BANG!
