I loved it. It was interesting to see how different they interpreted two similar (or even identical) spaces and made a home out of them. A few things were a bit repetitive, but all in all it was an entertaining show for all who like to decorate.
A show about a castingshow winner, who tries to stay true to herself despite all the drama around her and slips from time to time but with the help of her friends and sister and especially her producer she is pulling through. I really liked the show, because it showed the challenges of being a musician/becoming a star in a somewhat realistic way and because it has a great lovestory. But it also has it weaknesses: Jude Harrison, the main character, seems to fall for guys super spontanouesly after knowing them for years. In one second she's just friends with this guy the next they start dating without even so much of a glimpse of romantic tension before. And don't even get me started on the stupidest resolve of a cliffhanger I've ever seen. Date with the night ended promising, but what they made out of it in the season 3 opener was just horrible. So I've got some problems with the writing, but overall I just love the main pairing and their story and Jude's way to stardom.
Edit: Just rewatched as an adult, and realized that the age gap is a bit iffy. It's not as bad as Ezra and Aria in PLL, but still.
It was funny, witty and too short-lived. If you've got an hour on your hands and want to watch something light and entertaining, this is the show to go with.
I love it. You will be sitting on the edge of your seat, biting your fingernails and trying to clue the pieces together to solve the seasons mystery. Okay, you will doing that for like 10% of the time probably and the remaining 90% you will be having fun with the sassy, witty teen detective (who is certainly more clever than me^^) the world came to love. So if you really haven't seen Veronica Mars by now, take off the weekend and watch one of the best series I've ever seen.
I hoped it would be my new Roswell. And even though nothing ever could replace Roswell, it really had something unique, quirky and intense about it (even though Liz and Max were in it ^^) and I wished it would have gotten picked up for at least another season. The premise of the show was to see how teenage Aliens get integrated into a school, while they are still living in a parallel society (an Alien-Camp, if you will) outside of school. Inside the Alien-Areal is a fight going on between the Aliens, who want to rule over the humans and extinguish them and the ones, who want to be integrated and live beside the humans. Also, of course, it's about love and lust and hot people getting it on, if you're into this kind of stuff ;)
It's a great show about the relationships of parents and their children, and the dialouges are to die for. I could have lived without most of Rorys boyfriends though ^^
The first season was great, the second was quite good, it went downhill from there.
Als Jugendliche konnte man sich einfach perfekt mit der schnell genervten, extrem zynischen Alex identifizieren. außerdem war es einfach total lustig. Eine der wenigen guten deutschen Serien.
It was a cute, funny little show, which ended way to fast. I still hope, that hulu may bring it back for a second season.
hated the end, which ruined an otherwise great series.
