i like this show because of its great atmosphere.
when you look at the plot, it's about a young woman coming to nyc and blahblah.. we all know what to expect. something like 2 broke girls etc.
but it's not. it's not the usual sitcom thing. it's no sitcom at all. it's more like a drama.
i think they put the focus on the atmosphere and they did a great job with it. sometimes it's all about a young woman in a big city, sometimes it's all dirty and gritty and sometimes it feels like a cooking show in the way they film the food... there are also some hot sex scenes.
