One of the better seasons of Survivor, in part because of the fans' excellent selection of returning players, and also due to the twists put in place by producers, all of which paid off (hiding idols at challenges, multiple tribe switches, encouraging people to leave a challenge for an advantage in the game).
Each episode contained some sort of twist, culminating in a final Tribal Council that surprised many fans.
