CBS's attempt to relive the glory days with yet another military legal drama. They did a great job when they took JAG from NBC and developed it into the entire NCIS legacy. This is a trip backward. Character development is slow and the entire story arc is unoriginal. The Code needs to stay a one season summer schedule filler.
