I agree with others that you're either going to love this show or hate it. Personally I'm in the love column. Louise Belcher is my spirit animal. It's a very easy show to get sucked in and binge watch. Also easy rewatchable. Love the intricacies of the shop next door, the burger names, and the pesticide company names.

Overall I do like this show because it's fast-paced and a drama, but the amount of medical accuracy or should I say inaccuracy is comical. I do like how they have at least included nurses, but they don't really use them beyond telling us they are nurses. Also what about other ancillary staff?
