I'm a total TV, and sometimes movie, geek. I like a great variety of genres but I like to keep it fresh and doesn't watch pure comedy or horror.
My absolute favorite thing about Once Upon a Time is how well the writers have mixed all the common fairy tales together, and after all these seasons I'm having loads of fun discussing all the, quite complicated, relationships between characters from completely different stories. The best major connection that the writers have made in my opinion is making Rumpelstiltskin the beast in beauty and the beast!
Also I'm a big fan of Jennifer Morrison from House and I love how Emma and Henry's characters are braided into the plot. The series have some great love stories (Hook and Emma being my favorite one), but this is probably the part about the show that I'm not completely happy with, I would ultimately want a little bit more from the love stories.
The series focuses a lot on good and evil, this is another thing that I find a little bit boring, I prefer the grey areas... How ever lately some evil people have shown good sides and the other way around, which is good.
I have quite a few characters that I like (but also some that i dislike), I can't really choose one or two though so I'm just going to say a few that I like and a few that a dislike. The characters that I like are; Hook, Belle, Rumpelstiltskin, Regina/The Evil Queen (especially with Robin Hood), Neal (R.I.P), Anna and Jefferson/The Mad Hatter. And the, especially right now, I'm not a big fan of Snow White and Prince Charming.
This is a cute, quite funny, little show about teenage drama. Not the absolute best show ever but I've still continued to watch it and it does get better into the later seasons. It has some good characters but mostly comedic lines. I would rather stray watch this series whenever it happens to be on the TV than binge watch it, but then again I'm not super into the whole comedy thing, if you are the maybe you'd love this show I wouldn't know. My favorite element in the show would probably be the relationships and Tamaras witty comments to everything.
Being a huge fan of Josh Holloway, mostly from "Lost", I was super excited about this show from the start and it really didn't disappoint (except maybe for the fact that it only got about half a season..). It's about Gabriel Vaughn, a great soldier who was the test person for a new technology - a microchip in the brain allowing the person to connect to the internet with your mind. It has obvious ties to "Chuck", but it is a little more serious and, in my opinion, a lot more badass.
Gabriel is assigned a "bodyguard", Riley, and their chemistry is awesome! It is so obvious that if the show would have gotten picked up they would have become such a good power couple. The show really had a lot of heart and showed Gabriel dealing with his missing wife (or girlfriend, I can't remember if they were married) and a lot of mystery surrounding that.
I am so very upset that the show got cancelled, it looked great and had the best balance between "cases" and personal drama (drama surrounding the main characters). I recommend everyone to watch the show, especially if you were a fan of "Chuck", but keep in mind that it's a short run.
It sucks so bad that this show was canceled! It had an amazing, new take on super powers (granted you disregard that it was a remake of an old concept...). There was so much sexy tension between most of the leading characters, Cara/John was probably my favorite but then we had Cara/Stephen, Stephen/Astrid and (kind of spoiler alert) Astrid/John. I had so much fun with these relationships and the fact that they all pretty much loved each other.
But enough about the drama, there is obviously a lot of action too. I did love the action as well, but as I've said before, CW=cheap and this is why I think that the show failed. They couldn't fully sell the action stuff. Altogether though I loved the show, mostly because of the drama but also because the good concept weighed up the, a bit cheap, special effects.
One more thing I didn't like was the ending, it was very rushed and therefore kind of unbelievable. This is obviously not something that the cast or crew should be held responsible for - they did the best they could with the screen time that they got - but it does mean that I (sadly) wouldn't recommend people to start watching the show today. I say, spend that time watching something current instead!
"The 100" is a pretty good show. I enjoy watching it, but if you're going to start watching it I would keep a few things in mind. Most importantly it looks kind of cheap and has some major similarities to other shows which makes it very predictable. The show's that I see the most similarities to are; Lost, Revolution and Terra Nova, but I'm sure there are others too.
The show feature a time in the future where the earth has been destroyed by a nuclear war and about 2000 people have managed to survive on a space station. It starts of with a 100 of the kids from the juvenile prison being sent down to earth to see if it is survivable. Many people before me have compared the show to "Lost" so I won't do that again. The similarities to "Revolution" however is astounding to me. The leads in both shows are young girls (with similar names: Clarke/Charlie) who become more or less a leader, they both have mothers who do ethically questionable things and they both start off as extremely innocent and (SPOILER) turn into really dark "killing machines". Comparing "The 100" with "Terra Nova" they both go from a dark, colorless place to a lively, colorful earth. They both have a technology society versus a savage society.
To end on a positive note I still love this show, these things that I've mentioned annoy me a great deal (and if it is something that annoy you too maybe the show isn't for you) but there are still great threats, like for example very interesting character dynamics and beautiful love stories.

This show is one of the few that I rate 5 out of 5. I have to admit I was a bit reluctant to start watching it because I thought it would be a really shallow show about a bunch of rich people dealing with stupid problems and pointless drama. After having watch it I guess my presumptions weren't completely wrong, but the thing is that it is really entertaining.
Yes the show is a bunch of rich people dealing with stupid things but the main reason I watch tv-series is to get away from my own life in a sense and understand other people's realities and this show just does that perfectly for me. It has a great mix of good looking people, great acting and balanced storytelling. Because it's a drama it's obvious that things are always going to happen to screw things up for the characters but they do it in a very good way on Gossip Girl.
I think another reason the show is so great and has such big following is that most people, secretly or not, dream about that upper class life and watch Gossip Girl really gives you the chance to pretend for a while that it's your life.
Lastly, what I think is the biggest reason I love the show so much is because it has one of my favorite couples in it - Chuck and Blair. These two always play games with each other which keeps things interesting but at the same time they are also so loving and wonderful together and Leighton Meester and Ed Westwicks chemistry together creates rainbows, just sayin'!
This is a crazy addictive show. It starts of pretty ordinary with a case-based episode structure for the first (short) season, but after that... The rest is sexy, unpredictable and insane, which combined makes it so interesting, fun and entertaining to watch. It is a little bit ridiculous though and I know a few people that think it's too much, too crazy. But to me it is perfect.
For those, who like me put a lot of interest in the couples of the show, there is the typical love triangle but this one drives me nuts because I really do love both guys and both of the love stories are epic! Kerry Washington (who plays the lead, Olivia Pope) is amazing and so very talented. Also characteristic for this show is the dialog, the writers write such memorable and hilarious speeches for the characters.
Everybody should simply watch this, it has everything!
This is an interesting show, it may not be the best one ever but it sure has some complex characters that you really come to love when watching the show. I'm not a major fan of the medieval theme but I still did enjoy watching this one, so for those of you who like supernatural shows played out in the medieval times I can guarantee that you will like Legend of the Seeker. The show contains many strong female characters too which gives it an edge in my opinion and Cara is the biggest, bestest example of this she is strong, brave, loving and hot (even to me, a straight woman) and she's without a doubt my favorite character from the show.
This show has me confused. One second I love it and the next it bores me to death. It is very good looking, in all areas. Spoiler alert Caleb and Shelby's relationship drives me nuts. They are so incredibly good together and I definitely hope there is more of them to come but it so unbearable to watch all of the bumps in there story (I know it's gonna be worth it when they finally gets back together though). It is very difficult to follow the twisting plot especially because of the fact that the episodes keep switching between present day and flashbacks, but at the same time it makes the show really interesting to watch and the writers always keeps us on the edge of our seat.

Sorry to say this is the biggest disappointment of 2015. As a big fan of especially Arrow but also the Flash I was extremely excited about this, third installment. The idea is really good and I was expecting something similar but still original to the previous shows. I think they have aimed for the stars and missed with this show though. It is supposed to be giant but with the budget they have for special effects and to many characters that they can't connect to each other in any realistic way it is unbearably boring to watch. I will keep up with the show because I still have hope they will do a better job eventually but as of right now I am most certainly not enjoying it.
