Absolutely hilarious! I laugh out loud with every new episode. Miranda - the character and the actress as well - is incredibely funny, charming and ridiculous.
A story about wannabe superhero in a hood living a double life as a spoilt brat returning from "the dead". For two seasons excellent story-line and characters, from season 3 I got tired of them saving the same city over and over again with less and less probable villains. Finished season 4 just to see the end, looking for reasons to watch season 5 - actually why is there another season coming? I cant imagine it will bring something we havent seen yet.
Set in the sixties, it offers a nice contrast of the world of fun in the U.S. represented by American Bandstand and popmusic, in contradiction to antiwar movement and the actual war in Vietnam. Very watchable family drama.
Quite funny, nice to see some well known actors guest starring in few episodes (e.g. The Office). Allright for Sunday afternoon.
This series is not only the story, which is sensitive and emotional. It is about amazing actors, absolutely believable, true and honest acting. Each episode deserves an Oscar.
The series is meant for teenagers and finally (!) there is no mysterious plot, lies or murder. (Not so) simple life of (not so) simple teenage girl and her friends is funny and - as the title says awkward, full of truly embarrassing moments and worst nightmares of public embarrassment.
